MOST EFFECTIVE AND CHEAPEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT ( DOABLE BY EVERY PERSON )

When there is no food to eat in underdeveloped countries,many developed countries and developing  countries citizen are facing the problem of obesity or needless to say "becoming fat"."Becoming fat" as medically termed as obesity has serious health concerns. 20th and below centuries faced a challenge of eradicating communicable disease.Even today, underdeveloped countries and developing nations have highest mortality with communicable diseases whereas the highest mortality in developed countries have been road traffic accidents and non communicable diseases like cancer,heart attack,stroke,diabetes and many more.The incidence is skyrocketing as the population is being more sedentary than ever.Most important culprit for noncommunicable disease is obesity.Lack of enough exercises and poor diet consumption has been the leading cause of obesity, So,here are some of the easiest doable by any one anywhere points that may help you to live a healthier life free of lazy and fatty life :

 Exercise can help you from gaining further weight. 
Research shows that people who increase physical activity along with reducing calorie intake will lose more body fat than people who only diet,”.
You donot need to join gym or aerobics for this,although there are certainly more rewarding.  Brisk walking ( not jogging ,not pacing ,walking just enough to get you sweating ) for at least 30 minutes of brisk walking a day has been linked to decrease weight,risk of diabetes and risk of heart attack.

Swallow less ,chew more : This principle helps you to eat less,and chewing about 20 times before swallowing a gulp gives you early satiety with less food and also improves your digestion. 

Cut down your calorie : If possible eat two times a day,once in late morning and once in twilight. Consuming small meals or large meals frequently releases insulin surge ( hormone, that  helps to keep your blood glucose low ).the frequent release in insulin hormone tries to convert excess glucose to fat .So, donot consume food frequently . Try to eat 2 times a day or if not possible 3 times a day .
The idea is to create a fasting period of atleast 8 hours in between .


Feast on fiber: Generous amounts of fiber help lower blood sugar levels and speed weight loss. Research shows that a higher intake of fiber may prevent weight gain. You donot need to buy refined fiber from shop.You can eat salad,fruits,legumes beans to meet your demand.Try to eat the food that contains more amount of water like gourd, cucumber,radish,carrots,watermelon. Donot consume more fruit juice because research shows,it has been linked with obesity.

Cut down your junk food, a bottle of soda contain 16 tablespoon of sugar. Imagine this while drinking soda

Set small goals. Don’t try to transform your body all at once, That can be a recipe for failure.And donot be discouraged if you fail. Get motivated again and instead, set small, realistic targets, such as walking around the block four times a week and having dessert only on the weekend rather than every day.


Make a regular habit :what ever you plan ,make a regular habit of doing so,same thing in same time.Try to do it for atleast 21 days.once you have done for 21 days ,it automatically gets incorporated in your daily habits. After these goals become habits, move on to your next objective. You’ll gain a feeling of accomplishment, while inching towards your ultimate weight-loss goal.

Drink water in between meals plans. You need to make atleast 30 minutes gap after eating a meal to drink water. If possible drink luke warm water. Donot drink water as much as you can in one sitting rather take small gulps frequently. Daily water intake should be around 4 liters ( for adults).Make your own water bottle and try drinking from the same. 

Get support. Staying motivated to stick with a weight-loss plan can be difficult when you’re going it alone. Connecting with others can provide the emotional support you need to avoid giving up. Team up with motivated persons,talk as much as you can about losing weight and if you succeed on losing a kg or a pound ,share the feeling with loved ones,trust me that will give you immense pleasure and further motivation.

Hello everybody,
      In this blog I am trying to emphasize on the destinations that are cheap and yet rewarding in small,beautiful and naturally enriched country Nepal.
     According to Lonely Planet Nepal has been the top country for cheapest yet full with adventure.check this out.
If you have less time or if you are on vacation,Nepal doesnt fail to engage you naturally and only impresses you. The country is horizontally divided into  belts,
       1. Lower most region is plain,with sea and urban region
       2.Mid region is with terrain ,hills,forest
       3.The uppermost region has the snow filled mountains .
with in 2 days you can travel from terai region to mountain peak via bus which will provide a  chance to feel change in climate.
     
Here are the list of places where you would like to visit as a tourist:
 1. Nagarkot: Visit Bhaktapur durbar square for the artistry, wood works and monuments in day light ,book carry a bicycle if you are bicycle enthusiast and travel to nagarkot in twilight. The best thing about nagarkot is sunrise,especially during summer time when the sky is clear . And while returning back to kathmandu valley on bicycle you can enjoy the serpentile road and majestic mustard fields

2. Chandragiri: When you try to escape from kathmandu via bus route, donot exit the valley without visiting chandragiri,newly opened with ropeway facility, it takes you to a altitude where you start feeling cool and calm.If you are lucky enough (if the sky is clean) watch the entire view of the valley from the hill
                     There are many monumental figures in Kathmandu like Swayambhu (the monkey temple),Pashupatinath mandir,Patan durbar square and Kasthamandup. You can visit if you like to see monuments and recreate history in your mind

3.Pokhara,Sarangkot: Paragliding from the hill seeing the majestic fewa lake,is of course a life time opportunity to do.boating in fewa lake for the serene and calm feel is also "a must do" .

4.Bungee jumping: "The last resort", few kilometers from Kathmandu offers rafting and  exclusively bungee jumping.Record it and see it again and again . Dont miss!

5.Lumbini: Visit Lumbini,the birth place of lord buddha,the most peaceful land in Nepal.Many monuments from different countries have been installed to celebrate the bithplace.Dont miss !!

6.RARA lake: Largest lake of Nepal , the Rara is always welcoming tourists from foreign and locality too. The blue lake engulfs your tiredness,frustration,regrets,sorrow and fills with pure love joy and amazement

7.Tilicho lake: Lake filled from the glaciers is the lake on highest altitude in the whole world. The lake with the white snowy mountain in background will make your camera gallery a priceless

8.ABC trek: If you are into trekking ,the pathway of Annapurna Base Camp trek gives you  surprises and  opportunity to meet wonderful people.From the base of Himalayas, a cool breeze kisses your face ,the challenging road tracks, and pearly white mountains will ease your leg pain,and you wont feel that the  days are already gone .

9.Namche: Namche bazar,the town in the foot of highest mountain in the world  i.e. Mount Everest ,welcomes you from both the sides.From Everest best camp you not only see the The Highest peak but a series of mountains
